Huawei Wi-Fi 7 New Product Launch Event Scheduled for June 19

Huawei has officially announced that its Wi-Fi 7 new product launch event will take place on June 19, with the company releasing a teaser poster for the event today.

According to the introduction, Huawei’s Wi-Fi 7 new product will see improvements in speed and concurrent performance, with a threefold increase in network speed and a fourfold enhancement in concurrent performance. It will also support features such as a “VIP dedicated channel” and a “proprietary Wi-Fi shield”.

Currently, Huawei’s BE3 Pro series routers, which support Wi-Fi 7, are already on sale. They come in two configurations: one with a 1000M network port and another with a 2500M network port, supporting maximum speeds of up to 3600 Mbps.

Additionally, Huawei HiSilicon showcased its Wi-Fi 7 StarFlash router solution at the China Household Appliances & Consumer Electronics Expo (AWE 2024) in March. The solution is equipped with the HiSilicon Lingxiao 790 chipset, supporting Wi-Fi 7+StarFlash heterogeneous network integration, local AI core, and interference resistance algorithms, with a theoretical peak speed of 3600 Mbps.
